It is notable that all 3 of our patients were on combined treatment with cyclophosphamide and docetaxel for adenocarcinoma of the breast, and the possibility that the combination may have increased the cutaneous morbidity compared with the administration of docetaxel in monotherapy cannot therefore be excluded.
